Exhibitor spots are for Vendors, Publishers, etc. Although artists prefer to stay in artist alley, artist with larger set ups are free to purchase Vendor space.

Artists should purchase space using the Artist Alley Application link instead.

Please purchase the spot from below. After purchase we will reach out within 48 hours for more information (please use an email that is checked regularly)

Information

Multiple booths are allowed in the exhibitor area. No sharing is allowed! There are a set number of booths available. Booths are on a first come, first served basis.

ALL VENDOR BOOTHS COME PIPED AND DRAPED.

Half Vendor Booth - 5 ft x 10 ft spot with table, one (1) chair, and one (1) exhibitor badge - $195

Vendor Booth - 10 ft x 10 ft spot with 6 ft table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) exhibitor badges - $390

Vendor End Booth-10 ft x 10 ft Corner Space comes with 6 ft table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) exhibitor badges. Space will be at the end of the isle. - $500

Vendor Double End Booth (Endcap) - 20 ft x 10 ft double end booth (endcap) comes with 6 ft table, two (2) chairs, and three (3) exhibitor badges. Space will be at the end of the isle. - $1000

Vendor Island (limited) - 20 ft x 20 ft. Comes with two (2) 6 ft tables, four (4) chairs (4) chairs, and three (4) exhibitor badges. - $2000

Additional Exhibitor Badges - $35

Electricity is provided by the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. If you need an outlet let us know and we will provide you with the correct forms. Note: Electricity is an additional charge that you pay separate to the Expo Center.

Parking at the Expo Center is free of charge.
